By completing the registration form, you acknowledge that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student and have the authority to register them for this workshop. All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend submitting your registration as early as possible due to limited capacity (12 students).
The workshop is limited to 12 students. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If we receive more than 12 registrations, additional students will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.
The workshop consists of four (4) sessions:

Students are expected to attend all four sessions. Regular attendance is essential for the student to fully benefit from the workshop and complete the curriculum. If a student must miss a session due to illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.
This workshop is designed for high school students. We welcome students in 9th grade or below, 10th grade, 11th grade, and 12th grade or above. Students should have basic computer skills and be able to follow instructions independently.
No prior coding or AI experience is required. The Explorer Level is designed for complete beginners and will introduce students to AI through creative, no-code tools and activities.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their student arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of each session. Students should arrive no earlier than 9:15 AM and be picked up no later than 11:45 AM.
Parents/guardians must provide accurate contact information (email and phone number) and ensure they are reachable during workshop hours in case of emergency.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their student understands and agrees to follow the workshop's code of conduct, including respectful behavior toward instructors and other students.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the workshop without refund. Newegg reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the learning environment.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before the registration deadline (November 10, 2025) will allow us to offer the spot to a waitlisted student.
Newegg reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Students who fail to attend the first session without prior notification may forfeit their spot, which will be offered to a waitlisted student.
All necessary equipment, including computers, internet access, and software, will be provided during the workshop. Students are welcome to bring their own laptops if preferred, but it is not required. All workshop materials and curriculum will be provided.
We collect student and parent/guardian information solely for the purpose of workshop registration, communication, and administration. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, and grade levels.

During the workshop, photos and videos may be taken for educational, promotional, or documentation purposes. By registering, you consent to the use of your student's image in workshop-related materials. If you do not wish for your student to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the first session.
By registering for this workshop, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in the workshop is voluntary and assume all risks associated with participation. Newegg, its employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the workshop, except to the extent caused by Newegg's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All workshop materials, curriculum, and content are the property of Newegg or its licensors. Students may use workshop materials for personal educational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize workshop content without written permission.
Newegg reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes. Continued participation in the workshop after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
